1. Who we are
AWM Trading (“AWM”, “we”, “us”) is an independent software provider based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We develop automated futures trading software that runs on the subscriber's own NinjaTrader 8 installation. We do not custody capital and we do not operate as a broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity pool operator, or commodity trading advisor in any jurisdiction.
2. Information we collect
We collect only the information necessary to deliver the service and operate the website:
- Contact data — name, email address, country/timezone, when you start a trial, book a call, or email us.
- Subscription data — plan tier, billing history, and any notes associated with the onboarding process. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
- Site analytics — aggregated, non-personal usage data (pages viewed, referrer, approximate region) used to improve the site. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
- Software telemetry — the AWM software writes trading telemetry locally on your own machine. These logs stay on your computer. We do not transmit your trade history, P&L, or broker account details to our servers unless you explicitly share them with us during support.
3. How we use information
We use the data above to: provision trials, deliver and support the service, respond to inquiries, send service-related email (e.g., onboarding, downtime notices), and comply with applicable law. We do not sell personal data.
4. Third-party services
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. We may use the following processors: an email provider for transactional email, a payment processor for subscription billing, and a privacy-first analytics provider (e.g., Plausible or an equivalent). Each processor's use of data is governed by their own privacy policies. NinjaTrader, Rithmic, CME Group, Tradovate, and AMP Futures are independent infrastructure and broker providers and are not controlled by AWM.
5. Data retention
Trial and subscription data is retained for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with our legal obligations and resolve disputes. You can request deletion at any time by emailing info@awm-trading.com.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact info@awm-trading.com. EU/UK residents have the additional right to lodge a complaint with their local data-protection authority.
7. International transfers
We may process data in the UAE, the EU, the United States, and other jurisdictions where our processors operate. Where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal data. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you and applicable authorities of a material breach as required by law.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent material change.
